Dance with anyone. Create a new definition of frame with me and find all the ways we can use it to talk to partners of all different backgrounds.

3:25-4:40 Leveraged moves - Advanced
Set yourself up for success in weight sharing. Create shaping and movement that can only be done with a partner

4:50-6:05 Calm & Contrast - Intermediate/advanced
Learn to breathe and be comfortable in moments of calmness, as well as how to execute those eye catching moves that go from sharp to gooey

6:05-8:00 - Dinner break

8:00-9:00 Beginner Lesson: Building blocks of fusion
